The graduate programme is designed to help you develop some basic core consulting capabilities while providing exposure to a range of financial restructuring projects. 

You will get a glimpse into the broader AlixPartners service offerings and will interact with consultants at all levels of seniority. 

The best part? You'll immediately get to work with senior level colleagues in small teams, and participate in making a real change for your clients.

REQUIREMENTS

At AlixPartners we embrace diversity and celebrate our differences. 

We are looking for students & recent graduates from all backgrounds 

who match the following requirements:

▶ Penultimate year students expecting a minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree from  any discipline (graduating in 2024) 
▶ Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of emotional intelligence. 
▶ Demonstrated leadership and/or interest in extracurricular activities outside of your degree such as voluntary work, sports, travel, music.. 
▶  Financial Literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills. 
▶  Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
▶  Business-level fluency in English. Additional languages are desirable.
